Off to Rankapur

Hey!

This morning, the normal, we awoke and went to breakfast. And to a huge breakfast at that! We had fruit, and oatmeal, and some sopapilla thing, and tea, and rice, and soup, and juice, and a lot more. It was delicious, unfortunately we had to avoid the fruit and juice because you aren’t supposed to eat fruit in India...

We then headed out for what we thought would be a smooth 5 hour car ride to Rankapur. However within 20 min we had a flat tire, we had to change it and it took about 30-45 min. Then we spent about 45 min waiting at the shop when we arrived in the town. After all of that we’re on our way or so we thought. We were pulled over twice on the way, once for speeding, and once for unregistration of car. But it all turned out to be fine and we were on the way to the hotel. 

         We also met some little boys who we played ping pong and some Indian shuffle board game that was similar to a small pool table. They were very nice, and probably were pretty board before we came because they seemed very excited. I asked their names but they were so hard to pronounce that I highly doubt I could spell them. One was seven and the other was eleven.

It was a very nice hotel, my mom said one of the nicest on our trip. But I honestly don’t enjoy the nicer ones, I feel a little out of place. We are about to head to dinner, so I don’t have much today since we mostly drove. Hopefully everyone is doing great! Miss you all :)))
