Belgium day four! Last dayππππ
Today I woke up and didn't eat. I wasn't very hungry. Then we hopped on a train to Brussels, a big town in Belgium. When we reached Brussels we found a nice waffle place and ate a waffle. After that we went to the town, in the town we stopped at many many many chocolate places.
Riley and I made a pact to go into every chocolate store, and I think for the most part we did, and there were a few chocolate places that we purposely didn't go into. After that we went into the crown ceter which is very big and beautiful.
This is the city hall. It was huge it even had its own courtyard. We didn't actually go into the city hall but we did see it from the outside and we went into the courtyard.
Uncle Mark:
Hope you liked it ☺️☺️☺️
Bit we did get a crepe, it was magnificent.
Then we had to see what everyone comes to Brussels to see. The peeing boy..........Wait hold up. I know what your thinking, and that's what I thought to when I heard it to. It is actually not that amazing but you can tell that it is quite popular though.
Legend number one:
There once was a young boy who went pee in a witch's garden. When the witch saw the young bot she turned him to stone, and thus that is how this legend gose.
Legend number two:
There once was a rich man who had one son, one day he lost his only son. Sohe declared "find my son, and we'll make a statue of him doing whatever he did when found."
Legend number three:
A Littly boy loved his beer, which came in handy when a fire threatened the wooden city, he bravely put it out.
Last and the real story:
The city made the boy statue to show the freedom and joy of living in Brussels, where happy people eat, drink.....and drink......and then pee.
As this was not a very amazing artifact it was very interesting how many people would take selfies with the peeing boy.
